2. $25 Non-Refundable ROOTs Form Fee

The $25 fee for the ROOTs questionnaire is non-refundable and represents an investment in a personalized Match Labs Experience.
This fee helps ensure that participants are serious about the process and allows us to allocate resources to curate meaningful matches.

3. Code of Conduct

Positive Community Values: All participants are expected to uphold kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Negative or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from events or future participation.
Personal Responsibility: House of Rhiz is not liable for the outcomes of interactions or relationships formed through our services. Participants are responsible for their own actions and decisions.

4. Media Consent and Profile Photo Agreement

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Photos and videos may be used in marketing materials, on social media, or for other event-related content.
Feature Profile Photo: By selecting "Yes" to be featured on our Instagram as part of a special community spotlight, the photo will be used for this purpose, enhancing the event experience and promoting meaningful connections through our Instagram.
By attending the event you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, including the potential use of your image for promotional purposes, in accordance with our media consent policy. This is intended to enhance the event experience and promote meaningful connections.

5. Privacy & Communication Consent

Privacy Commitment: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
